QQ Fashion Pty Ltd is an Australian-based importer, manufacturer and wholesaler of quality ladies’ garments for a vast portion of the Australian population. Today, QQ Fashion has three warehouses located strategically throughout Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Well-known through our labels, much loved by our customers, we have been in business for over 20 years.
We are seeking someone who can actively work in a warehouse, performing warehouse activities and operations. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: picking the products that customers order and packing them for delivery. Our ideal candidate will thrive working in a busy and fast paced environment. You will need to be a team player and willing to help other staff members as required.
This is a casual position, working from 8am-4pm minimum of three days at our warehouse in West End, QLD.
Reporting to the State Manager, your daily duties will include:
- Picking quality goods to match customer orders
- Locate the goods that customers order and pick them from the shelves.
- Organizing and separating picked items.
- Sealing & labelling packed orders.
- Moving completed orders to the shipping area.
- Monitoring product quality.
- Safely operating mechanical equipment.
- Packing incoming stock away.
- Taking inventory.
- Following work safe practices.
- Keep a safe and clean working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report discrepancies, if any
- Communicate with coworkers and assist staff where needed
- Load and unload stock from delivery trucks

About You
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Worker/ Pick Packer or similar role
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt under pressure
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be Australian Resident or Citizen
Some training will be provided for the right candidate.
