Required Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in IT
- Understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies, such as software development, data analytics, cloud computing, etc
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong follow-up and time management abilities.
- Proficeint knowledge of Word, PPT, Excel, Email Writings
Key Activities
- Posting vacancies on different job portals
- Screening and shortlisting qualified candidates that applied to vacancy / doing database search
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience and fit with the role
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' technical knowledge
- Schedule candidates for personal / virtual interviews
- Send Offer Letters, Manage On-boarding activities and Process
- Managing Linked-In, Facebook Page of the company
