We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Creative Strategist to develop visually compelling and effective ad creative for our digital marketing campaigns.

The Creative Strategist will be responsible for designing and optimizing ad creative that resonates with our target audience and drives performance metrics such as click-through rates and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of creative work, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and plan ad creative for digital marketing campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, search ads, and other digital media
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input and ideas
  • Optimize ad creative for performance by conducting A/B testing and analyzing performance metrics
  • Stay up to date with design trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Ensure all ad creative is optimized for different digital platforms and meets technical specifications
  • Provide regular ad creative updates to stakeholders and senior management

Yêu cầu

  • 3+ years of experience in ad creative development and design, preferably in a B2C environment
  • Strong portfolio of creative work that demonstrates expertise in design principles and aesthetic sensibility
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
  • Acknowledged of digital advertising platforms and technologies
  • Familiar with digital marketing channels such as social media, app campaigns, and search engine marketing
  • Detail-oriented and able to ensure all ad creative meets design and technical specifications
