About the role
Our lovely village located in New Lynn is on the look-out for a Cleaner to join them on a permanent part time basis. You will be responsible for keeping the village sparkling clean and will take pride in making our beautiful site gleam with cleanliness.
On offer is a Permanent part time offer - Monday - Friday 9.00-3.30pm
Some of the great things you will be doing
- Cleaning common areas
- Cleaning individual units to a high standard
- Dealing with residents and other staff
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards
About you
You'll be someone who takes pride in completing tasks to a high standard. We'll help you towards a career in the right direction.
- Experience with commercial Cleaning and/or Laundry is beneficial
- Have a positive outlook and be open to learning
- Empathy, patience and willingness to deliver an outstanding service for our residents
- You'll work unsupervised and be a strong team player
- You'll have empathy for the older person - this is key
- Be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
