We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves searching for new customers, managing current client relationships, and assisting CEOs in sales processes. Candidates without prior work experience are welcome to apply, provided they exhibit a strong desire to learn the profession. The position is office-based and includes a period of paid training.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to search for and secure new customers.
- Manage and maintain relationships with current clients.
- Assist CEOs in various stages of the sales process.
- Foster client satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- Attend industry events and represent the company, presenting our services to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work from our office located at Arie Shenkar 1, Herzliya, Israel.
- Fluency in English; must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
- Fluency in Hebrew; must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
- Knowledge of the Russian language is considered a plus.
- Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Willingness to attend and represent the company at events.
