- Lead the design and qualification of inverter/power supply/BMS hardwares on photovoltaic/battery storage products from concept design till mass production per NPI(new product introduction) process.
- Work with system teams on defining product system specifications, design trade off, validation test, product & Process Qualification.
- Select proper circuit topology, components, PCB layout etc. per application.
- Validate hardware options and analyze electronics failures and implement the corrective actions.
- Work with sourcing, quality and suppliers to ensure product cost, manufacturability and quality.
- Understand electrical product safety and performance regulation/standards (UL/CE/ANSI…) and apply to product design.
- Conduct technical review and clear illustration of hardware design effectiveness with circuit operation principle and simulation tool, test results etc. Document patents and design details into company documentation system
- Effective communication with local and global teams during program execution. Proactively manage technical risks and communicates to stakeholders

- Bachelor degree above in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Automation or related
- 5+ years experience in designing power/control products and launching into mass production.
- Solid practical experience on power electronics (DC-AC, AC-DC and DC-DC) topologies, including 1/3 phase multi-level inverter, LLC, phase-shift full bridge, Buck, Boost, Flyback,Vienna rectifier etc.
- Stronge experience with high voltage power semicondor selection (IGBT, Si/SiC/GAN MOSFET, Diodes, etc) and magnetic components design of power inductor and transformer. Good knowledge on developing gate drivers, analog/digital circuits and proficiency on system efficiency and EMI optimization.
- In-depth knowledge on control theory of system stability/dynamic responsce for inverter parallel/MPPT/digital power supply, and good at circuit simulation with Matlab, PSIM, SPICE, etc.
- Experience on embedded programming (DSP/FPGA) is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent verbal and written English, CET4 above. Be adaptive to business trips and conference call during night time with global teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently on extended assignments.Able to manage and prioritize complicated tasks. Quick learner and keen problem solver.
