About our group:

We manage all Customer Orders for the Americas EDS & Core Customer base. The Team manages the entry, maintenance, ship ability, and scheduling of Backlog for more than 280 Customer Bill-to Accounts. Our key Role is to ensure prompt entry and on-time management for those orders.

About the role - you will:

  • Help to work issues as they arise from Account Management and Customers.
  • Ensure accurate translation of POs, with company approved pricing, into Order Entry system within 24 hours
  • Provide guidance and subject matter expert on Order Management processes.
  • Ensure existing backlog are always shippable, and free of any OM related holds.
  • Work with Sales, Account Management and Finance on any other holds that prevent the backlog from being shippable.
  • Trigger ship documentations to Logistics / Traffic in a timely fashion to help expedite shipments
  • Ensure JIT hub customer product pulls are invoiced in a timely fashion
  • Provide accurate responses to queries regarding order status, shipments and backlogs
  • Solve day to day problems independently and raise/report problems to Team Lead / Manager.
  • Maintain customer files and correspondences and ensure accurate and clear filing of documents.
  • Participate and assist in UATs and signoff.
  • Support and provide documentation for Audit and SOX - Support Customers, Sales and Account Management on all order queries / issues
  • Advocate B2B connection with new customers and assist with customer onboarding
  • Actively monitor and report system issues and relentlessly follow up with IT to resolutio

About you:

  • Adept with excellent verbal and written communication skills, English a must.
  • Able to interact and perform in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills

Your experience includes:

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Proficient ability to work in ERP environment (e.g., Oracle or SAP - SAP preferred), International Trade Controls Systems, and Shipping systems. Fluency in MS 365 Office applications, including proficient user of Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience working in the SAP Environment a big plus.
  • The ability to work under pressure
