For our Animal Health business we are currently looking for a
Global Marketing Segment Leader (f/m/d) - Dairy Farms
What You Will Do:
- Articulate Species Strategy Intend defining targeting, segmentation, portfolio & value offer for the specie.
- Develop Global Species Annual Plan for demand generation.
- Support sales growth and profitability coordinating product marketing and technical support initiatives and regional execution for the specie.
- Enable globally sales, marketing and technical capabilities & tools to execute specie strategy, including sales tools, training, customer and competitive intelligence information and tech services support & programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and work across regions to drive Global Innovation.
- Lead Species Council globally to fill innovation flow with new technologies and innovative solutions owning Phase Gate process.
- Lead Global Marketing Specie Community to actively communicate and share knowledge with global business counterparts.
- Act as a champion of the Ecolab brand and delivery of the Ecolab Experience and lead cross functional teams, as needed, to deliver project results.
- Operative expenses segment management for Product and Technical Services investments.
What You Will Need:
- Technical degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Business or related field.
- 10 years of B2B-Marketing experience.
- 10 years of experience in agriculture or animal health industry preferable in the dairy farms industry.
- Based in Western Europe, with ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures; strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills; setting vision and strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of results.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, good attention to detail and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
