Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To set up process, equipment and facilities for new products, pilot run and mass production.
- To develop and upgrade process capability, tooling and machine performance for yield improvement, safety, cost and productivity.
- To monitor and review process and production capability, yield and quality to ensure about constant improvement.
- To design method and tooling to support production in case of quality and quantity problem in process.
- To monitor on material scrap.
- To provide failure analysis for problems and come up with effective solution.
- To design and issue work instruction for responsible processes, test run and evaluate the processes for minimize defective.
Customer Quality Engineer (CQE)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor the quality target to follow company policy.
- Create a quality control plan each product.
- Co-operate with internal team to do evaluation and improvement.
- Co-operate with customer and internal team to get improvement plan in case quality issue happen.
- Co-operate with customer for special technical support such as evaluation, and testing etc. Create product specification to correlate with customer requirement.
- Clarify the complicated specification to trainer, inspector and operator.
- Review and interpret customer requirement to internal team.
- Establish WI for quality related document.
- Prepare production line qualification report for customer.
- Prepare customer audit.
- On-site visit to customer factory to clarify the quality issue.
- Weekly meeting with customer to review quality performance.
- Verify line fall out part at customer location.
- Co-operate with companies in Mektec group for sharing information and support.
- Prepare and submit weekly quality report.
Automation Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Analyze components according to machine and equipment specifications.
- Design and improve the machines used in production to meet the engineering requirements.
- Set methods and procedures for the engineering department.
- Gather information to compare external service providers to help machine design improvements in the event that an external service providers is used to participate in the operation
- Coordinate with external service providers in the design and improvement of machines together with the engineering and maintenance department.
- Control the installation of machines of external service providers.
- Test the operation of the machine after installation and test the various equipment used for production.
- Check the quality of machinery or equipment.
- Analyze, fix and find ways to prevent problems from machine assembly or equipment used in production
- Record test results and collect documents related to manufactured machines.
Environmental Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Control and monitoring chemical management plan.
- Provide training courses or activities to promote awareness of chemical management for employees.
- Inspect and control the compliance with the hazardous substance management law.
- Search control hazardous substance and assess the company's chemical management risks.
- Identify the hazards of chemicals and control the storage of chemicals in the company.
- Control and inspect the company's chemical storage areas.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor degree in Engineering; Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Control, Instrument, Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Chemical, Environmental or related.
- 0-3 years experience in related field. ( New graduate are welcome )
- Good command in English (TOEIC 450+)
