- Minimum Qualification - Bachelor of Commerce degree in related field
- Preferred Qualification - Postgraduate qualification
- Experience - 5 to 8 years experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years ideally at management level

responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME's, project managers and senior staff members
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
- Monitoring of changes in laws, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices, drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions. Comply with audit requirements.
- Set up and maintain filing systems for the business unit to ensure efficient service is provided
- Maintenance of all administrative processes for the departments operational activities
- Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure accuracy in the functional area
- Provide timeous and accurate Management Information
- Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of teaming order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
