Work from home / remotely, support company director and manager with administrative work, including:
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to executives, managers, and other staff members as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment processes, such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Financial Administration:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditure to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursement requests.
- Keep accurate financial records and prepare financial reports as required.
- Misc tasks
- Act as a liaison between different departments, clients and suppliers.
- Run errands for client when required. Local travel expense claimable.
Requirements:
- Education: O level and above
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles is advantageous.
- Language: Mandarin is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues in a proactive and timely manner.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office suite.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
