Job Description
- Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
- Prepare and send invoices to Sellers as per SLA
- Contact sellers as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
- Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other finance staff to ensure the accuracy
- Assist the Account management team to resolve any queries coming from the sellers
- Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in the accounting
- Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
- Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
Qualifications
We will be targeting to attract a resource with experience between 3 to 5 years ideally in the eCommerce marketplace or retail with multiple brands.
