This role is ideal for fresh graduates and young professionals (< 2 year working experience) to get experience in the finance and accounting function end to end in a fast-paced start-up.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Working closely with Finance and Accounting team in Mama's Choice Indonesia
- Handling the Inventory Summary for products
- Reviewing and making journal for payments
- Checking taxes for payments
- Doing the bank reconciliation
- Managing the inventory inbound data from the warehouse
- Helping in making the invoices and bills in XERO
- Ad hoc task if needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or management
- High accuracy and attention to details person
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Fluent in English preferably
- Experience with accounting software, especially XERO is preferable
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and deadline
- Honest and initiative person
- Able to work autonomously and as a team member
