About the role:
We are looking for an organized and experienced individual to join our Dermatica Customer Care team. As a customer care advisor, you will be responsible for handling all patient queries and complaints via email, live chat, and phone calls. You will work alongside the pharmacy team/clinicians to ensure exceptional clinical and customer care are consistently delivered by putting high quality at the heart of how you work.
If you have an interest in skincare and enjoy a fast-paced environment centered around helping people, this role will suit you perfectly.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $19 to $20.50 USD per hour. You will work on a shift basis 5 days per week. Our shifts are between 8am - 10pm EST, including weekends.

What you can expect to do in the role:
- Assist Customers via emails, phones, live chats/messaging and social media platforms. Ensuring queries are handled in a timely manner and to a high standard.
- Embody the HeliosX values, putting the customer first including sharing feedback to encourage new ideas to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments such as clinical, social team and pharmacy dispensing teams.
- Accuracy in communications, investigations and record keeping to ensure that complaints and concerns can be investigated.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in an online customer service environment
- Experience handling multi-channel contact support (Email, Chat, Phone)
- Experience using cloud-based platforms, e.g. Zendesk
- Demonstrated success working to targets
- Willingness and interest to learn all things Dermatica
Requirements
